The Treasury announced today that it priced a secondary public offering of 255,033,142 warrants, the "A warrants", to purchase common stock of Citigroup Inc. at $1.01 per warrant and a secondary public offering of 210,084,034 warrants, the "B warrants", to purchase common stock of the Company at $0.26 per warrant.
The A warrants have an exercise price of $10.61, which expire on Dec. 31, 2018. The B warrants have an exercise price of $17.85, which expire on Oct. 28, 2018.
Citi is currently trading at $4.83.
