Black Smoke Billowing from Fukushima Reactor Number 3

This is not good. As this reporter indicates. Reactor Number 3  contains plutonium. Also notice his comments about radiation in Tokyo. The radiation coming out of Fukushima is going to be cumulative in Tokyo and coming from many directions.
