China's Leading Indicators Point to a Slowdown

Looks like we are headed for stagflation in China.

The HSBC/Markit PMI for February 2011 slipped to a seven-month low of 51.7, while the official China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing PMI eased to 52.2 from 52.9 in January, pointing to a slowdown.
