State Department Promoting HBO Film

The State Department is, get this, going to be screening an HBO film, Burma Soldier.

According to Break Thru Films, “Burma Soldier” tells the unforgettable story of a former junta member and Burmese soldier who risks everything to become a pro-democracy activist.

Apparently the State Department and this soldier have never been informed that President Obama doesn't think democracy is all it's made out to be.

That said, the screening is at the State Department and you can limit delays at the entrance. According to State's Facebook page:

If interested, to expedite the security process at the entrance, RSVP to PRMMailbox@state.gov with your full name, DOB, driver's license number and state or country that issued the ID. Please DO NOT RSVP through Facebook. Space is limited but we'd love to have you.
