Explore the Facebook IPO Filing

WSJ has Facebook's IPO filing up and highlighted, here. Some fascinating details.

WSJ writes, the filing "reveals what could go wrong, how much Zynga makes for Facebook, what happens if Mark Zuckerberg dies, and more."

  1. Facebookers cashing in on The Bernank's artificial tech bubble. If there's ever a time to do it, it's now.

Granted, The Bernank's tech bubble is not the magnitude of Greenspan's (nor do I believe it ever will be), but I consider it a "boomlet" nonetheless.

  2. facebook seems kind of stuck as it can't push its revenue advertising potential without running into regulatory privacy problems or the games it derives revenue from develop systems to deliver the games directly to the consumer without facebook.
