Insider: Bin Laden's Body Not Dumped at Sea

Another lie by the Empire?

Jason Ditz writes at Antiwar.com:
In May of last year, the US killing of Osama bin Laden was immediately followed by debate over the disposal of his corpse. The Obama Administration claimed bin Laden was put in a bag and hurled into the sea, which it insisted was “in keeping with Islamic practices,” whereas some were calling for his body to be kept around so it could be overtly desecrated.

WikiLeaks’s release of Stratfor emails, however, shows that the company’s Vice President Fred Burton did not believe that was the case, and told members of the company’s mailing list that bin Laden’s corpse was “Dover bound,” referring to the Dover Air Force Base which is also the site to which US soldiers slain overseas are brought.

Another email from Burton said bin Laden’s body was “bound for Dover, DE on CIA plane” and “onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda.” Technically this would have meant the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, since the AFIP operations were folded into Walter Reed as part of a consolidation plan.

If confirmed, this revelation would be significant for a number of reasons, including the Obama Administration’s repeated claims to the American public that the body was disposed of at sea. It would add yet more intrigue to Dover Air Force Base, already under enormous scrutiny for its mishandling of corpses and disposal of remains at a Virginia landfill.

  1. It should be noted that bin Laden never admitted to carrying out the 9/11 attacks. You can peruse the compilation of his statements as compiled by the Foreign Broadcast Information Service (a subsidiary of the CIA) here: https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1RNNN_enUS371&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=fbis

What you will find instead is his dissolution with how the US and Israel was so quick to blame him, and how he says that Americans should look within their own government for the perpetrator of the attacks.

When encouraging attacks on Americans, he is referring to defensive attacks against the foreign invaders occupying the land he called home: Afghanistan. He also wasn't too happy about foreign troops protecting a corrupt and despotic government in his country of birth, Saudi Arabia.

It may also be of note that the FBI never specifically listed OBL as wanted for the 9/11 attacks, but rather:

"Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world."

This leads one to question how much evidence, if any, there was connecting OBL to 9/11.

  2. Stratfor is fake intelligence, designed to mislead. Bin laden died of natural causes in 2002. He was ver sick and on dialysis. Google: Dr. steve pieczenik.

  3. Having had some past experience with military intelligence (a true oxymoron if ever there was one), whenever the subject of bin comes up, I think back to the press release of his first death experience.

It took place approximately two months after 9/11 - say November or December of that year. The account was written by two Chinese journalists that were on site and reported in great detail how he had been shot in the back by his own people for the $25 Mil reward (anyone remember that bit?) The account appeared on one of Japan's largest news services, and the next day had completely disappeared.

Several things struck me about the account. One was the degree of eyewitness detail that you can only get from a real event. Where, when, how, who was present, description and location of the gunshot wounds, who else was wounded, etc. You will notice that when the stories are "produced", very little detail is included. When you tell the truth, it never changes. The story is always the same because that is what happened. When you make it up (read lie), you have to remember what you said. Holes and inconsistencies start showing up so the story keeps changing. Hence, one of the first rules of telling whoppers is to keep it simple.

The next thing was the fact that it never made the U.S. media in any meaningful way and literally disappeared overnight. This is your government at work and the method the intelligence agencies use to control what you see and hear. They needed bin alive or the war would be over before it really got started - can't have that! It also explains the comedy of errors with the bin tapes. Every time they released one it just got more bizarre to the point that the majority of the public just laughed at them.

Finally, they were faced with the sticky situation of how do you kill someone who has been dead for a very long time. Que the bin Lauden compound raid fiasco. Unadulterated crap from start to finish, and the body conveniently dumped at sea.

    What a bunch of Moroons...

    1. Many navy SEALS involved in the raid were also conveniently killed in a helicopter crash 2 weeks after the raid.
