An award winning winery in Kent, England has been banned from calling one of it's products "wine" because of EU rules.
Chapel Down in Tenterden imported Argentinan grapes to produce a red wine - but they're not allowed to sell it as wine, reports itv,com
MEP Nigel Farage has raised the question with EU as to why the company should be forced to call bottles of their Malbec 'An alcoholic fruit based drink' instead.
