Jon Lovitz, an early “Saturday Night Live” cast member, had some harsh words for President Barack Obama over the weekend, reports The Daily Caller.
In an interview with “Clerks” director Kevin Smith, Lovitz, a registered Democrat who voted for Obama in 2008, bashed the president for his class warfare rhetoric and the notion that the wealthy don’t pay their fair share in taxes.
“This whole thing with Obama saying the rich don’t pay their taxes is fucking bullshit, and I voted for the guy and I’m a Democrat. What a fucking asshole,” Lovitz said.
“First they say … ‘You can do anything you want. Go for it.’ So then you go for it, and then you make it, and everyone’s like, ‘Fuck you,’” Lovitz said. “[Obama] is the perfect example. He’s amazing. He had nothing … and the guy ends up being at Harvard. He’s the president of the United States. And now he’s like, ‘Fuck me and everybody who made it like me.’”
Actually, its worse than Lovitz imagines. There are taxpayers and there are tax spenders. Obama is decidedly a spender of taxes collected. It takes a lot of tax money to maintain the White House, Air Force One and the hooker lovin' Secret Service. Further the tax money that Obama doles out to the banksters and the military-industrial complex insures that he will get obscene consultant and speaking fees from those he is taking care of now with tax money, once he leaves the presidency.
And as for Obama beginning with "nothing," he went to the best schools, starting with Punahou School, a private college prep school, and his mother, father and step-father were all likely CIA operatives. Not your everyday family.

ReplyDeleteI have my own list of gripes about Blobama, but it always cracks me up when people complain about some expenditures of taxpayer money and tax raises but not others (such as the bloated military bureacracy spending, which has nothing to do with infantile Party politics).

I work with a NYT classic liberal from NYC. He reads the newspaper in our city. The paper! And he still bashes Bush and Nixon, while not a word about Obama. Everything is liberal now. I don't bother arguing politics. The real issue is religion; what do you believe about the world-- worldview. It's still conserv/lib, but not dem/rep anymore. They are all big spenders, too big.

The Conservatives, such as a Newt Gingrich or Sarah Palin, say that you should only be taxed at a rate somewhere between 10 and 15%, and the rest is yours to keep, notwithstanding your individual state and municipal obligations. Why? Because it was YOU that earned it.Yet you cursed them and made sport.
