Central planning in action.
Greek far-right Golden Dawn Mp slaps another member on LIVE Tv. Golden Dawn spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris was apparently provoked when his alleged involvement in an armed robbery was mentioned. The fun stuff comes in the last 12 seconds of the clip.
If you are provoked to a point of violence, then who's fault is it?
ReplyDeleteThe person who provoked?
DeleteThere is always a choice involved once you reach the point of violence. To walk away comes to mind. Besides that man attacked two people, the second one repeatedly.
ReplyDeleteYes, the two should have stopped provoking and walked away.
DeleteThis is absurd logic. The two "provoking" presented absolutely no physical threat to that fascist. He had zero justification to resort to violence.
DeleteUse of force in the defense of one's honor is acceptable. Verbal abuse is as bad as physical abuse.
DeleteReally? The guy screaming for a full 2 minutes and talking over everybody like a mongoloid was the one being abused? These are scary tactics when put into the context of the fact that more than half of all Greek males aged 18-25 are out of work and angry. 20th century European history is full of these types of incidents that were precursors to terrible usurpations of power by extremists. Its seems like novelty because its on television, but there was no television when people like Franco, Mussolini, Salazar, Hitler or Stalin took over. Just think about the fact that the president of Estonia went on twitter to criticize Krugman... Television and the internet are the public square. Hopefully people will turn on this idiot.
Delete@anon 2:37pm - you sound like quite the fascist yourself ... either that or Foghorn Leghorn challenging the barnyard dog to a duel
DeletePolitics tends to bring out the worst in people
ReplyDeleteI would like to expand on your statement given what Anon 3:59PM has said:
DeletePolitics & TV and politics on TV tend to bring out the worst in people. These "news" shows are nothing more than reality TV for entertainment purposes, hence being called "shows".
This video clip brings new meaning to the term slapstick comedy. I LMAO over this one. Man those Greeks can talk fast! I wish politicians in this country would go at it like that.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be great to see Michele Bachmann get slap happy with Carolyn McCarthy? My mind reals with the possible matchups. When the overlords are fighting each other tooth and nail, the rest of us are safer. Why take sides here unless you have been sucked into the false paradigm of partisan politics? A pox on all there houses!
You're right. Some here are taking this show too seriously. Let them kill each other.
DeleteMaybe if the network drew dialogue bubbles like in comic books so we could follow who was saying what. Maybe even Pow etc like in the TV Batman shows.
Wouldn't it be great to see Michele Bachmann get slap happy with Carolyn McCarthy?
DeleteIt depends. Would jello or oil be involved? And definitely NOT with Carolyn McCarthy!

Needles to say, based on my comment above, that I agree with the other Anonymous about taking it seriously.
I love how these guys took the name of the magical terrorist organization from my Dungeons and Dragons campaign.
ReplyDeleteGive the politicians personal weapons.
ReplyDeleteYes, bring back the honorable 10 or 20 paces duel with seconds waiting in the wings. Guns please, swords are too slow.
DeleteWhere is Aaron Burr when we need him?
