#BAH is #shadow government & running more than half of the #National #Security #apparatus w/ it's #contract employees

#BAH #employees are overwhelmingly #government #contractors, performing #inherently #governmental #functions there's no consulting going on

I'm always amused when #BAH #employees call themselves "consultants" #BAH employees are #Contractors siting side by side w/ #GS employees

#BAH was once an "elite" consulting firm like the big #consulting companies, no more, u work there your a #contractor doing government work

#Booz & #Co is where the real #consultants work #BAH employees perform inherently #Governmental functions get paid more than #GS employees

When #USG needs a #high prices #ass in a seat, it calls #BoozAllenHamilton & they send over a #contractor

#BAH #SAIC #BAE #contractors etc. are a #huge #security hole in #USG, but #Congress won't acknowledge this fact
