Since Monday's events have been cancelled at the RNC because of the weather, the RNC schedule has been moved around. According to David Weigel, Rand Paul, who was originally scheduled to speak on Monday will speak on Wednesday. The video tribute to Ron Paul will now also be played on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday. The video will be played at 7:00 PM ET, followed by a speech by Mitch McConnell and then Rand Paul's speech.
