A meteor hit in Russia's Urals region this morning. It exploded with a flash and boom that shattered glass in buildings and left hundreds of people hurt.
As of noon Moscow time, as many as 725 people had sought medical help, according to the state-run RIA Novosti news agency.

From the perspective of the universe we don't even register as significant as fleas on the back of a dog. A single grain of sand on any beach may be more significant statistically.
