Glenn Greenwald at Yale on America's Two-Tiered Justice System
This video is one hour and 2 minutes long. Find the time to listen to it. You will have a much better understanding of how the ruling elite operate and protect themselves from general law.
GG suggests that rule of law means that all laws are equally applied to all people (even tothe ruling and elite class). I will also add that rule of law requires laws to be built on some consistent philosophical basis, and not merely on the say-so of some legislative action.
1. I think the USA really abandoned the rule of law when it enacted the Federal Reserve in 1913 which allowed the government and banksters to rob everyone else of purchasing power without any due process or any ability to obtain restitution while basically denying or pretending that the nature of theft even existed. That (among so many other reasons) is why I consider Keynesians to be apologists for grotesque levels of criminality.
2. Speaking of Keynesians, if you've ever scratched your head about how Daniel Kuehn comes to his conclusions, recall that "Glenn Greenwald bothers me in a really deep, genuine way..."
Here's a question: why'd the ruling elite let GG into their hallowed halls to spill the beans on their secrets?

A worthwhile video.
