BlackRock is holding talks with former Treasury secretary Timothy Geithner about joining the company, Fox Business reports.
Geithner has had a series of meetings with BlackRock CEO Laurence Fink in which they discussed Geithner’s possible future employment at BlackRock, according to unnamed Fox Business sources said to have direct knowledge of the matter.
No specific job for Geithner has been mentioned in the talks, the sources said.
