How Clueless Is HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius?

This exchange took place between her and CNN host Sanjay Gupta:

GUPTA: How — what degree of confidence did you have on October 1st, when you woke up, that things were going to go smoothly?

SEBELIUS: Well, I was optimistic that things would go smoothly. I, um, felt that, you know, the day had finally come — I — I’ve done this work now for three and a half years, implementing this historic law.

Rather than fire her, I think she is perfect for government work. Perhaps we can add supervision of DOD and NSA to her tasks.
