Diane Feinstein: 'There was a drone right there at the window looking out at me."

Politico reports:
Sen. Dianne Feinstein says she once found a drone peeking into the window of her home — the kind of cautionary tale she wants lawmakers to consider as they look at allowing commercial drone use.
The California Democrat offered few details about the incident when speaking about it this afternoon, during a Senate Commerce Committee hearing on drone policy where she appeared as a special witness. But she used the episode to implore lawmakers to “proceed with caution.”
Feinstein said she encountered the flying robot while a demonstration was taking place outside her house. She said she went to the window to peek out — and “there was a drone right there at the window looking out at me.”
She held her hand inches from her face to indicate how close it was.
“Obviously the pilot of the drone had some surprise because the drone wheeled around and crashed, so I felt a little good about that,” she said.
So the creep doesn't like it when people spy on her, but she seems to have no problem with government spying.

From HuffPo:
Leaders of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees issued a rare joint statement on Friday in defense of the National Security Agency after a presidentially appointed review group recommended that Congress pass significant new curbs on its powers.
Often divided over issues like the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and ranking member Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) of the Senate committee joined with Chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) and ranking member Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-Md.) of the House committee to reject the White House panel's suggestion that the NSA cease bulk collection of Americans' phone call data.

  1. One look at that face would cause anything with a brain (even digital) to crash and burn...

  2. The next thing... the same drone, but carrying some Semtex and nails.

  3. You can buy handgun cartridges that shoot birdshot. I may pick up some in case I see one spying on ME. BUT, spying on our politicians? That may be a good use of drones...............

  4. What never crossed Feinstein's pea brain was the simple thought: "Hey, I can vote to defund this surveillance monstrosity!"

Nope. Instead, she's enabling it and running interference for the "national security" weenies that have eviscerated our 4th Amendment rights.

This wretched human being is either too stupid to realize she's a pawn or she's in on the deal, in which case she is a traitor and a criminal. You decide.

  5. People like Feinstein are truly the epitome of *everything* that is wrong with politicians.
Which makes me wonder what truly pathetic people keep voting for slime like her.
