NyPo reports:
The uncle of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un was ripped to pieces by a pack of starving dogs in a slow, barbaric execution that Kim himself watched, an official Chinese newspaper reported.
Jang Song Thaek, the 67-year-old family member once considered Kim’s right-hand man, died horribly with five other condemned officials in a capital punishment ritual called “quan jue”— execution by dogs, according to the Hong Kong newspaper Wen Wei Po, a mouthpiece for China’s government[...]
Quan jue is reserved for North Korea’s most hated enemies— and for those occasions when a simple firing squad doesn’t send a strong enough message, according to the Chinese newspaper.
Jang was stripped naked before and literally fed to the dogs as Kim and hundreds of North Korean officials watched, Wen Wei Po reported. The 120 animals, deliberately starved beforehand, spent more than an hour devouring their six victims, the newspaper reported.
Yes, but I bet The Great Successor got a legal finding from someone at Pyongyang University saying he had the authority to feed “scum” and “factionalist filth” to 120 starving dogs.
ReplyDeleteSo you see, all is well.
Re-reading the NyPo article I find it interesting that China and not the Empire is putting out this hit piece on Kim Jong Un.
ReplyDeleteI am kind of amused because I thought mortar rounds was the way they executed special criminals.
It probably means the only friend the they have now is Dennis Rodman.
DeleteAmazing no high ranking officers knocked off his old man or him....yet. Won't surprise me to see him assassinated by his own officers. His Uncle probably got caught trying to do just that
ReplyDeleteLook how they waste prime meat on dogs when there are so many human beings starving there.
ReplyDeleteStop complaining and be grateful you don't live in North Korea.
ReplyDeleteSo a Korean man was eaten by dogs... I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees the irony here.
ReplyDeleteKimmle and Bits, Kimmle and Bits, gotta get me some Kimmle and Bits...
DeleteAt least he was not stoned to death for lying about his virginity.
ReplyDeleteOr illegally droned to death for being the son of a terrorist.
DeleteThe more insecure and desperate the regime, the more brutal it becomes. The end must be drawing near.
ReplyDeleteKim Jong Un just violated the first rule of being a dictator. You never go full psycho. If he keeps this up, some member of the Korean version of the Praetorian Guard will give him the Caligula treatment.
ReplyDeleteMore jingoistic claims about DPRK. Come on, don't fall for this shit. What was the last round of lies they spread about North Korea again? That the DPRK regime executed a group of "Christians" caught distributing Bibles and sex-tapes?... Really, bibles AND sex-tapes, cuz Christian missionaries are known for doing that right?
ReplyDeleteAnd what was the lies coming before that? That apparently the DPRK regime is claiming to have found a "unicorn lair"; when really all the DPRK regime claimed was that they discovered an archaeological site of an ancient Korean kingdom, which THEY used to believe associated to some unicorn-type mythology.
80% of the news coming from North Korea is nothing but lies or hearsay. This stuff is worse than the "Saddam's killing babies in incubators!" nonsense they spread in the lead up to the Gulf War.
I keep seeing this story today, but it originated with what I basically sounds like Hong Kong's version of the Daily Mail. In other words there's a good chance it's made up in whole or part.
ReplyDeleteAt least they are able to get rid of some of the scummy "officials" in that regime.
ReplyDeleteIf only we could be so lucky.
Sounds alot like CIA propaganda to me.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that something sounds fishy. First, there's a discrepancy in the number of days the dogs were starved(3 vs 5), second one has to ask themselves why the dogs didn't try to eat each other. Third, it seems a bit strange that there were exactly 120 dogs in that context(at least 1 wouldn't try to eat another?), exactly 300 witnesses, and so forth.
DeleteIn fairness though, I don't know if the CIA has tentacles in China(where it was first reported). My bullshit meter is bouncing regardless.
Recall North Korea is the last Stalinist state on the planet (for now). Recall that Stalin's USSR was the hippest, neatest and coolest society anywhere among the "progressive" hipsters who, to this day, have never made a Hollywood film about it.
ReplyDeleteI highly recommend reading "The Forsaken: An American Tragedy in Stalin's Russia" by Tim Tzouliadis which describes how virtually every foreign hipster (and 10,000 Americans) who moved to the USSR to live in paradise were slaughtered along with tens of millions of others. I'd say that this is the best book on the horrors of Stalin I've ever found because it makes it clear that the entire country was one big Auschwitz while no one outside the country ever seemed to care. And they still don't.

These hipster "progressives" are still with us today bringing us their wisdom.
"virtually every foreign hipster (and 10,000 Americans) who moved to the USSR to live in paradise were slaughtered"
DeleteFantastic. Darwin Awards all round.
Witness what happens when liberty is sold for security.
ReplyDelete"The Long Walk" - An outstanding and true book about prisoners who escaped from a Gulag in Siberia and walked 4,000 miles to freedom: (recently a movie was made about this book; and it's OK, but the book is far better)

"The Charm School" - An outstanding fiction book about POW's in Russia. One of the best books I've ever read:

Give the guy a break. When you're a pudgy, self aggrandizing nut job, and international laughing stock, you've got to do something to instill fear, or YOU will lose control and be eaten by dogs. It's now just a matter of time...
