May 20, 2014 is the date of the Kentucky Republican primary.
If Mitch McConnell wins the primary against Matt Bevin, as it now appears he will, then McConnell goes up against Democratic challenger Alison Lundergan Grimes in his re-election bid.
The question then becomes: What do the Democrats have to go with to attack McConnell? This is a race they want to win. Does the Ron Paul Inc "intern problem" and the "Kent Sorenson problem" have a vein that can end up smearing operatives around McConnell? Is the FBI conducting any investigation beyond the raid on Kent Sorenson's house?
Remember, you heard these questions asked here, long before you will anywhere else. Sometime between May 20, 2014 and the general election on November 4. 2014, things could get very shocking.
