    1. Corporate speak bullshit for a guy who typically runs a small team tasked with achieving a specific goal within the corporate structure.

      He tells everyone what to do with a passive aggressive smile on his face and everyone calls him "team leader" instead of "boss" so that everyone can feel fuzzy and warm.
