. Kindle has a "Mayday" button. You push the button and and a live (cheerful) customer service agent shows up on your Kindle. You see and hear a live video stream of the agent but the agent can't see you.
The agent can draw on your screen and show you exactly what steps to take to solve a problem.
Bonus points: The agents are Americans, so they speak an English you can actually understand.
