Lots of banks, unions, pharma, telecom here. Most if not all are "legacy institutions." They don't have growing markets or new products people want. They spend a lot of money on litigation and brow beat their competition. They depend on bailouts or handouts from the state. In short, they have the most invested in the existing political structure.
