BREAKING: Cliven Bundy Responds to NYT

Cliven Bundy appeared moments ago on The Peter Schiff Show, Tom Woods was the guest host.

Bundy makes pretty clear that he is contrasting the current government subsidy system, which makes it difficult for many blacks to advance, and the slavery system. There is no indication that he is in favor of slavery.

Audio here.

  1. Racist racist racist, the ol' statist standby. BTW, I've noticed the Yahoo home page seems to have gone hard core "progressive" in its headlines as of late:

A List of Cliven Bundy's Supporters, Now That We Know He's a Pro-Slavery Racist

Cliven Bundy Just Ruined His Cause

Actually, until this, I thought the "progressives" might have had a good chance of winning this PR battle for the 'hearts and minds".

    1. A very obscene piece.
The pro regime crap at Yahoo gets worse daily.

    2. I agree. I think the left would have won the intellectual battle before this. Middle America will revolt over these attacks in the opposite direction just like with Paula deen or duck dynasty. Middle America is revolting over all this race stuff, just look at the comments section on that yahoo article. The culutural Marxist elite are used to bullying cowardly republican politicians, but are quite shocked when middle Americans tell them to go to hell like the duck dynasty case.

I know I have passed the point where I even care about being called a racist, even though I am not. The racism strategy is just like printing money - eventually inflation makes it worthless. More and more Americans are no longer cowered over this charge bc the PC left overplayed their hand - while ignoring the far more racist statements and behavior by sharp ton, Reid, wright, Jackson, holder, etc

    3. The point that Cliven is hitting on is that Blacks have traded the tangible slavery they endured in the South for the virtual slavery we all endure at the hands of government. They of all people should be the first to recognize that the government has made us all slaves. But they don't.

Instead of recognizing that the government has enslaved them on a virtual plantation for their votes and uses phrases like Uncle Tom and "Acting White" to keep them on this virtual plantation, they go through life with a chip on their shoulder believing that racism is responsible for their lot in life. Never realizing that the government handouts are what keep them in their cycle of poverty.

When they are sitting on their porch not working and collecting welfare, they're not forced to develop the attitudes and behaviors required to subsist without welfare. And they're passing their behaviors along to their kids. This truth applies equally across all races and ethnicities.

As for Al Sharpton, I believe he is an agent of the Establishment who has been recruited specifically to keep racial tensions elevated enough to prevent the races from uniting under the banner of freedom and pivoting against the Establishment. There is strength in numbers, but if the races (Whites, Blacks, Latinos) are fighting against each other, they're not fighting the Establishment.

It might as well have been written by that bastion of Communism called the SPLC.

  2. Of course he isn't. I just heard him on Alex Jones, too, where he says he never even used the words "picking cotton."

As usual, the New York Times writers are using buzzwords and making shit up to excite the dummies who read them against Bundy.

    1. He did. Here's the video.

He absolutely did say it. However, I still agree with RW's assessment.

    2. Ah, interesting. Perhaps he forgot he did? He just doesn't seem like he's some kind of slippery character. Seems like a pretty simple guy who isn't particularly articulate, but once you parse him, he isn't saying anything that hasn't been said -- albeit more eloquently -- than plenty of other social commentators.

    3. I agree with you. He's saying essentially the same things that Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell have been saying for years.
He's said a lot of dumb things (since the beginning). He may even be racist. But this is just an attempt to discredit him by making it look like he's a racist who is advocating for slavery. It's the same as the Walter Block hit piece a while back.

    4. Lol at linking to that fascist Adam Weinstein who wrote a whole article about how a GOP group calling themselves parabellum were nazis! He was either extremely ignorant or was lying for propaganda purposes, but even the leftists on his site humiliated him in the comment section and pointed out how the 9mm parabellum round and term were around long before the nazis.

  3. How many times has the MSM referred to someone from Kenya or Sudan as "African American"?

It's insulting. My white neighbor is African American since he was born of South African parents.

Just imagine- is Caucasian a slur? Hispanic, Nordic, Aborigine?

  4. Yeah....just the usual "He's a racist so kill him. Ruin his life. Let the feds raid his home and destroy and steal his property." This race card shit is SO TIRESOME! We're not listening to the bullshit race card anymore.

    1. Their hand has been overplayed and inflated to the point of lacking value with most regular Americans now.

  5. It doesn't matter if Walter Williams and Sowell go to Bunkerville and stand in front of the tanks and die with the Bundys. They'll just call them self-hating "Toms" and steamroll over them with glee.
