The "There is No Inflation" Report: Maid’s Apartment in NYC sells for $3M

NyPo reports:

Sandy Weill just sold his “maid’s apartment” at 15 Central Park West for around $3 million, more than three times what the former head of Citibank paid for it in 2007.

The billionaire had already sold his penthouse in the city’s most expensive building for $88 million, more than double his purchase price.

The apartment has 1,079-square-feet of living space.
