Is There War at AntiWar.com?

It started with this tweet from Cathy Reisenwitz:
Keaton is the Director of Operations at Antiwar.com.

Justin Raimondo, the  editorial director of Antiwar.com, responded with these tweets:

Meanwhile, @ComardeKeaton  followed up by retweeting this politically correct libwap tweet:

  1. Walter Block did a great job of unpacking the flawed thinking of the libwaps on the Brian Wilson show the other day:

  2. All libertarians do oppose today's institutionalized racism:

The war on (of?) terror, the drug war, the police state, gun control, minimum wage, government funded abortions, trade barriers, drone bombings, CIA provoked insurrections, foreign "aid," NGOs, the petrodollar monopoly, the Fed's boom-bust cycle and wealth transfers from poor to rich, payroll taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, USDA "farm" subsidies, Medicaid, Obamacare, government school brainwashing...

All of these things target certain demographics more than others, often based on a complete disregard for what the state views as a homogenous group of "brown people."

As far as past forms of racism, libertarians are far and away the most critical of the insane racists Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, and Franklin Roosevelt, funding Stalin's genocide, the nuclear bombing of Japan, firebombing Germany, the Progressive era, eugenics, chattel slavery, Jim Crow laws, lynch mobs, and all the racist wars that came along with these things.

So what, exactly, is the top priority racism that libertarians are missing? Citation needed.

    1. All those things you listed are exactly why it is impossible to take these people seriously. They have their priorities remarkably crooked. Let's worry more about what people are thinking than what they are actually doing!

Just that line "She says all libertarians should oppose racism. I agree!" is so lame and meaningless. Well, I would like to go on the record and add that all libertarians should support puppies.

    2. 1. What libertarians want to withhold the protections of the NAP from any specific races and/or ethnic groups?

      2. If you are for the NAP but against puppies, can/should you be shot? What are these people even talking about?

  3. If I didn't know better, I'd say Ms. Riesenwitz & "Hatless Beardo" are either agents provocateurs OR simply concern trolls, meant to distract others from what the real issues are. Block & move on tbqhimo.

    1. She's trying to inject PC feminist lingo into libertarianism to destroy Ron Paul's republican coalition with social conservatives. Then they're creating the 'liberty.me' portal to suck young people into so they will be less likely to engage in concrete activism.

So yes, it is absolutely a subversion attempt.

  4. 1. Can't we stick with simple easy steps like granting all humans the protections of the NAP? Getting rid of war, genocide, rape, slavery and pillage isn't enough?

    2. Our basic ideas are simple to understand and cannnot be refuted. Therefore, our opponents have chosen to fight us almost exclusively with obfuscation.

  5. Telling other people what they should or should not do, is immoral, and authoritarian.

I love that quote from CR though : (I'll paraphrase) "this chick thinks you should do X, and I agree!"

So, here we have A and B agreeing to have C do something for D.

    Hello!!!???? McFly!!???

These behavioral imperialists (aka liberals) want to destroy libertarianism by becoming libertarianism.

Is it a coincidence that these WASP women (and girly men) are at the forefront of this movement? I don't know. Next they'll be going after "demon rum". Just history repeating, I guess.

  6. This "thick vs thin" libertarian nonsense can be boiled down very easily.

They (the leftys) want to shun and verbally attack racist, homophobes, sexists, etc, etc. BUT, it doesn't end there; they also want to shun and verbally attack other people who do not shun and verbally attack racists, homophobes, sexists, etc, etc.

"You're not a libertarian because you don't hate the haters enough for me!!!!!"

Libertarianism (as Victor Ward pointed out so eloquently in his most recent article on "libert“But now they are trembling before the book of Piketty,”arian socialism") is not a total life philosophy. You can go right ahead and ostracize or boycott, but, since libertarianism is so basic and broad, the racist/sexist/homophobe that you're boycotting could also be a libertarian (and that's what really irritates the leftys). Both you and the racist/sexist /homophobe agree that liberty (and property) are to be held above all else. But you choose to exercise that liberty in opposing ways, while accepting the right of the other to do as he chooses.

  7. I'm with Bob Roddis. I don't even know what the hell these people are talking about. I'm not sure they do either.

It's like joining the People's Front of Judea.

"To be a libertarian, you gotta really hate racists!"

    "I do!"

    "How much?"

    "A LOT."

    "Right, you're in."
