On Wednesday, Treasury SecretaryJack Lew will be in Jerusalem.
According to the Treasury, Lew will meet with Israeli senior government officials and business leaders for discussions on the state of the global economy, as well as regional economic issues and other "areas of common interest, including challenges related to Iran and continued cooperation on efforts to disrupt the financial and support networks of terrorist organizations. "
At 11:00 AM IDT/ 4:00 AM EDT, the Secretary will deliver closing remarks at the U.S.-Israel Joint Economic Development Group.
Following the event, Secretary Lew will meet with Finance Minister Yair Lapid.
In the afternoon, the Secretary will meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. T
In the evening, Secretary Lew will depart Jerusalem en route to Berlin, Germany.
