YouTube Lessons About Government Violence

Two recent youtube videos have emerged which show police getting very aggressive with women who appear to have only violated minor regulations.

The first video shows a female professor being body slammed to the ground during an altercation that started as a jaywalking violation. The second video shows a woman walking on a highway island, who may be a just a homeless person fleeing the police.

Bottom line: The lesson here is that regardless of the infraction, government, when all is said and done, is about coercion and police officers will escalate a situation until there orders are complied with. There is no such thing government interactions which do not include at least the implied use of force. You either comply or you will be taken down.
