Nina Teicholz: The Big Fat Surprise

I am no expert on diet and nutrition, but the below video shows Nina Teicholz making an excellent case that current dietary thinking has been captured by an influential group at the expense of competing theories, in much the way that Keynesian economics controls establishment economics thinking.

This, of course, doesn't in itself mean that orthodox nutrition theory is wrong, but when competing theories are blocked from making their case, it at a minimum suggests we are not getting the full picture and quite possibly a very distorted picture-RW

  1. 2 books review recent science, especially regarding modern "dwarf" wheat and it's effects:
    Wheat Belly - William Davis
    Grain Brain - David Perlmutter
    Both highly recommended
