'The Daily Show' Once Again Uses Misleading Interview Tactics

This past Thursday, The Daily Show used the same dishonest tactics it
used on Judge Napolitano and Peter Schiff during a segment with
Washington Redskins fans.  Apparently, the Daily Show had the fans
sign misleading and dishonest waivers before the segment and they
unwittingly got ambushed by a group of Native Americans.  It was a
total setup.   A legal expert said the fans could make a claim against
the show....
