Dominique Strauss-Kahn Trial on Verge of Collapse
The criminal case against former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn is on the verge of collapse as four prostitutes dropped their civil actions against him. reports The Telegraph.
The women have been the main prosecution witnesses in a trial in Lille, northern France, in which the 65-year-old is accused of aggravated pimping.
Court officials said the four women have now dropped their complaint, along with a women's rights group which was supporting them.
'All consider there is not enough evidence to brand Mr Strauss-Kahn a pimp,' said one court source.
Hmm, could prostitutes be susceptible to a payoff?

Not that he was ever going to see the inside of a prison. This was character assassination to get him out of the way after Sarkozy was pushed out. Him being on Sarkozy's team was a hindrance to the GS gang when they moved in to take over.
