Watching U.S.Controlled Global Corporations Shift Income to Low Tax Locations

There is nothing wrong with U.S. global corporations taking advantage of tax loopholes. The great economist Ludwig von Mises once said, capitalism breathes through loopholes. But, it would be nice, if similar loopholes were available for regular wage earners to take advantage of.
