15 States That Still Haven't Recovered Jobs Lost in Recession

Janet Yellen's money printing is not hitting these states with any kind of power, yet: AL, NV, MS, NM, AZ, NJ, ME, MO, IL, CT, RI, WV, WY, OH, WI

I suspect that NV and CT will be the among  the first to leave this category.

    Being a resident of the Soviet Socialist Republic of CT and seeing how the current Commissar is tax crazed, and reading that it has one of the highest public pension to debt ratios in the country, I'm wondering why you think that CT is on the way up?
