In this video ISIS mentioned an intent to use oil export as their economic basis, therefore the source of gold would be trade of oil for gold metal, bypassing any currency. That may work. What may not work is continuous funding of ISIS warfare expenditures with gold revenue. All their gold will end up in some Hong Kong warehouse as a payment for weapons and supplies, as ISIS has no producing economy except oil exports and subsistence farming in the lands they ravaged. To have gold as money, a state must have either peace and economic proficit (Venician republic?), or war and constant bounty (expanding Roman empire). ISIS intends to wage war, but there is no space for their expansion, and militarily they are only a threat to failed states. If they tried, for example, to go into Iran, or Turkey, or Saudia, their oil business would be destroyed literally and instantly. Their economic base is utterly defenseless even against pre-WW2 airforce.

IS-US is at best a consequence of, and at worst a creation of, Western intelligence outfits who are likely the ones behind the production of this over the top propaganda video, the intent of which is to smear supporters of Ron Paul and adherents to the gold standard and Austrian economics as the moral equivalent of terrorist jihadists. As for smearing, it will be forgotten in a week, and gone in a month. Fukushima was gone from google trends in a matter of months. If that is a PSYOP, either their timing is wrong, or they must use it now (somehow). The link made to Ron Paul is such a long stretch that they could as well try to smear the gravity for supporting ISIS.
Like I said, the whole psyop is a fail. Too cute by half for Boobus but still an attempted smear, the utility of which to whom and when is impossible to know but that still doesn't give me a good feeling.
Fuku, on the other hand, is real and though it may have disappeared from Google trends in a few months, it's still gushing radiation into the Pacific everyday. I haven't forgotten. The increasing number of "unexplained" mass die offs of sea life and increased incidences of radiation induced sicknesses, cancers, etc. in humans will be harder and harder for TPTB to hide as time goes by.
