FOR SALE Tommy Hilfiger’s $75 Million NYC Apartment

It's the Dome Penthouse, an eight-room residence in Manhattan’s Plaza Hotel.

The 5,655 square-foot condo has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-bathrooms and occupies the 18th and 19th floors of the hotel, with windows and a private patio and balcony overlooking Central Park, reports MarketWatch.

Hilfiger bought the property in 2008 for $25 million, combined it with several other apartments and put the mega-condo on the market later that year for $50 million. He has now upped the price to $75 million (Thank you, Janet Yellen)
