NY Fed Prez Implies December Rate Hike Likely

New York Fed President William Dudley said at a conference in NYC that he does not expect a "huge surprise" or major market reaction to a hike in part because it has been so loudly telegraphed.

"We have done everything we can to avoid surprising the markets and governments when we move," said Fischer
