Of course, I seriously doubt Jeb would actually cut taxes. Trump is an unknown quantity. It is entirely possible that he would cut taxes and cut spending to match. Or he might do something totally unexpected. which could mean anything, A VAT, a national sales tax, who knows?
I really hate to say this, but he would have to be elected to find out what would happen.
