The Federal Reserve started on Tuesday a two-day meeting of its monetary policy committee, the Federal Open Market Committee. It will release its new interest rates policy decision following the meetings, today at 2 PM ET.
As I have written the last couple of days in the EPJ Daily Alert, the Fed, since the start of December has already started to increase an important rate that signals the Fed is ready to move on rates.
