Playboy Mansion to Go on Sale for $200 Million

Playboy Enterprises will put the Los Angeles mansion on the market for $200 million within the next month, reports TMZ.  Though, Zillow estimates the mansion is currently worth $34 million.

There’s also one catch: The buyer will have to give magazine publisher Hugh Hefner (89) a life estate, which entitles him live in the mansion until his death.

Hefner bought the estate in 1971 for $1.05 million.
