He confirms to the interviewer that he wants "inclusive capitalism," which is not capitalism but interventionism and manipulation of the free market system. He calls for a government increase in infrastructure spending which is crony capitalism and he has fallen for the income inequality problem myth that he seems to think needs to be solved.
He is a Lincoln hugger also.

ReplyDeleteExactly. I worked in the banking industry for 12 years and advocated abolishing the FED until it was made clear to me that banks are simply divisions of the federal government. No books are going to lift the fog from Dimons' mind.
DeleteI think we've got to move past Lincoln. I don't see how revising Lincoln really helps us. He's known for abolishing slavery and slavery sucked so it's an fruitless uphill battle.
ReplyDeleteHe is known for abolishing slavery because politicians lie. Moving past Lincoln enables the liars to continue with this strategy. Exposing the liars is never fruitless although it may be never ending.
