Top Trump Adviser Killed Idea of Issuing "Mexico Wall Bonds"

Gary Cohn

White House Chief Economic Adviser Gary Cohn, a former Goldman Sachs executive,  killed a proposal that included funding the Mexico border wall with "Wall Bonds," according to GotNews.

Cohn fretted that a decision to use Wall bonds to finance the border wall would upset House Speaker Paul Ryan and Congress, says the report..

In March, Alaska Republican Congressman Don Young proposed that the government sell bonds to finance the wall, and offer 2.5% interest on the bonds.

  1. Why build a wall? Instead prosecute those who aid and abet illegals, especially employers and government employees. Do this and the illegals will deport themselves.

    3. Make immigration easy for people who can take care of themselves and keep those who can't out.

That's where prior immigration helped America. Importing unskilled parasites is bad.

PS- low skill immigrants who want to move here can do so if welfare is strictly voluntary.

    1. You act surprised that advocates of liberty reject state central planning of the population.
