THE BIG QUESTION: What Is Socialism?

  1. Socialism is the political ideology that negates man's sovereignty and his right to possess and use property as he sees fit. That is what it is. All other explanations are either incorrect or filled with irrelevancies or non sequiturs. If you say to me that, under that definition, anyone can be called a socialist, I can tell you the following: yes, anyone who would negate man's sovereignty, is a socialist. Especially Trumpistas.

The contrary political ideology to socialism is libertarianism, which holds as its only political goal: the greatest possible liberty for individual humans. There is thus no reconciliation possible between the two ideologies, as while socialism negates liberty, libertarianism embraces it.
