Trump: I have 'no second thoughts' about ending DACA

Welcome to Trumpworld.

President Donald Trump this morning said he had "no second thoughts" about ending DACA, just hours after he said he would "revisit" the issue if Congress cannot legalize it within six months.

Is he still being influenced by the immigrant-hater Steve Bannon, who blasted Trump's "revisit" comment?

  1. I don't hate immigrants, but the reality is that we don't need anymore. The unemployment rate is really in the low 20's % and America already has too many 'duh-verse' segments.

I am proudly for deporting every illegal immigrant and that includes the Dreamers. We need to stop giving incentives for these people to come here. Reagan was an idiot to pass that amnesty in the 80's. I know some here think immigrants from some screwed up culture is good for America though.

How about a fast track to citizenship for all those displaced whites from Africa?

I'm awed by your extraordinary power to know what others need better than they can know. Some unbelievers would call that arrogance or hubris but what can they know that you can't, right?

Some people can be proud for a variety of odd things. Some people go around talking to themselves while pushing a shopping cart with all their earthly goods. I guess saying "I'm proud" is far easier than making a reasoned defense for a policy or maybe it's the lack of Thorazine... Who can say, right?

    2. Freedom of association entails companies (and social groups) associating with whomever the hell they please, regardless of whether it works for you or not. If I'd rather hire an immigrant than a native, that's my decision to make... Not yours.

  2. Will giving citizenship to Obama's 2 million DACA illegals bring us closer to a libertarian society or closer to Venezuala?

    1. Re: PH,

DACA didn't give citizenship to 2 million people or one person. It merely defers deportation for at least 800,000 people brought into the US whem they were children.

And how exactly does having immigrants invited in by The Market gets us closer to Venezuela, a socialist country? Your question leaves no doubt you're not interested in honest discourse but only in engaging in innuendo and exaggeration.

    2. Will forcing the taxpayer to pay for a bunch of Stasi agents to swarm the countryside, demanding to see people's papers and dictating to employers who they're not allowed to hire, bring us closer to a libertarian society?
