How North Korea Evades Sanctions

Thank the heavens that some trade continues for North Korea despite aggressive U.S.-led sanctions.

Sanctions only hurt the people of a country, not the leadership.

    Sanctions will cause the govt agencies to divert resources from the military to food production. That is good for us libertarians because it makes the crazy fat kid less likely to start a war.
