Is the CEO of JPMorgan Chase Setting Up to Run for President?

In an unusual move for the CEO of JPMorgan Chase, Jamie Dimon. talked up on CNN a negative income tax. He rarely talks grand schemes like this.

In addition to implementing a negative income tax, he said he would declare a national emergency on infrastructure and education if he were in charge.

In other words, he sounded a lot like he was positioning himself to be a presidential candidate with a "can do leader" type style that Friedrich Hayek warned about in Chapter 10 ("Why The Worst Get On Top") of his book, The Road to Serfdom.

He also discusses during the interview the misleading "problem" of income inequality. I note Dimon
received total compensation last year of  $29.5 million/

The video clip is here.
