Trump Cancels Trip To Davos

President Trump has just announced in a tweet that he will not be attending the World Economic Forum crony fest in Davos, Switzerland scheduled for January 22-25 because of the border funding logjam with Democrats.

Because of the Democrats intransigence on Border Security and the great importance of Safety for our Nation, I am respectfully cancelling my very important trip to Davos, Switzerland for the World Economic Forum. My warmest regards and apologies to the @WEF!
It is unclear how much of the initial entourage that planned to travel with Trump will also cancel their plans.

The U.S. delegation traveling with Trump was to include Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, Administrator of the Small Business Administration Linda McMahon, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
