Raising revenues has never been the motivation of the Socialist "tax the rich" crowd. Punishing the rich is the motivation. Of course this will never affect the uber wealthy crony class. As usual, it will mainly fall on the upper middle and middle classes. Especially hard hit will be the small business entrepreneurs.
