The Amazing Shift in Consumer Preferences During the COVID-19 Lockdown

You can tell prices are out of whack as a result of a shift in consumer preferences in the face of the COVID-19 panic.

Here is the picture of the paper towel/toilet paper section of a San Francisco Walgreen's:

Here is the after Easter section in the same store. The racks are full and prices are marked down 50%.

Prices are falling for things you don't want and climbing for things you do want.

  1. We darn sure better have civil disobediance on a massive scale – the “lockdown” does nothing to prevent the virus spread per Israeli scientific study:

“Professor Yitzhak Ben Israel of Tel Aviv University, who also serves on the research and development advisory board for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, plotted the rates of new coronavirus infections of the U.S., U.K., Sweden, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Spain. The numbers told a shocking story: irrespective of whether the country quarantined like Israel, or went about business as usual like Sweden, coronavirus peaked and subsided in the exact same way. In the exact, same, way. His graphs show that all countries experienced seemingly identical coronavirus infection patterns, with the number of infected peaking in the sixth week and rapidly subsiding by the eighth week.

The Wuhan Virus follows its own pattern, he told Mako, an Israeli news agency. It is a fixed pattern that is not dependent on freedom or quarantine. “There is a decline in the number of infections even [in countries] without closures, and it is similar to the countries with closures,” he wrote in his paper.

“Is the coronavirus expansion exponential? The answer by the numbers is simple: no.””

  3. All this Easter trash made it to store shelves just fine, while essential health and hygiene items are not.

  4. Walgreen's... Twice the normal price of anywhere else. So 50% off double is nothing.

Try the other Wal (Mart) for cheap Pagan candy.

  5. Speaking of Dr. Fauci.......we can't ever shake hands again according to him....we have to be locked in our homes as prisoners forever, we have to see our small business destroyed, tens of millions with no jobs, our futures ruined, two million more deaths due to suicides & poor health from the collapsed economy.....all so we can be "HEALTHY"

BUT its okay to have some random hook up according to Fauci with a complete stranger?

    WHAT????

“If you’re willing to take a risk — and everybody has their own tolerance for risks — you could figure out if you want to meet somebody,” Fauci, 79, ..."

But we are NOT BEING ALLOWED TO CHOOSE OUR OWN RISK TO GO TO CHURCH AND DO BUSINESS WITH......but for sex its okay?

Again, this medical martial law needs to stop right away!
