Yours for Only $37 Million...

A 6 bedroom, 9 bath, 11,635 square foot house has just been listed in San Francisco for $37 million.







 

Given current Federal Reserve money printing, I forecast that the house will be sold pretty close to the asking price.

    Only 6 bedrooms? Meh.
    I'm closing on a 3,400 sq.foot house in a few weeks here in Michigan, which has 4 bedrooms and an office, finished basement...sits on 2.5 wooded acres...only 2/5 of a mile from a monster lake (no, not one of the Great Lakes, unfortunately). For $405K. Sure, there's no view of a bay or bridge, but taxes are the lowest around. LOL.
