Gold Price Breaks Above $1,900 Per Ounce

The spot gold price is trading above $1,900 an ounce. It is within a whisker of its all-time high of around $1,923.

In the EPJ Daily Alert, I have advised for some time that I expect gold to break to record highs. I expect gold to break above $2,000 per ounce very rapidly and eventually $3,000 an ounce.

I am also becoming increasingly comfortable with the idea that gold will break above $5,000 per ounce in due time. I am not making the $5,000 mark as an official forecast but, at this time, it looks like a strong possibility given the mad Federal Reserve money printing.
