Protesters Assemble Guillotine Outside the Washington DC Home of Jeff Bezos

No not because of his crony government deals with the US government in helping build a surveillance state but rather for his free market operations.

The protesters want him to pay a minimum wage to Amazon workers of $30 per hour.

In other words, like typical useful idiot Marxists, they have no idea how wages emerge on the free market (BIG HINT: Supply and Demand).

The protest was led by former Amazon employee Chris Smalls, according to the Wahington Examiner.

"Give a good reason why we don't deserve a $30 minimum wage when this man makes $4,000 a second," he said.

"Hey, Jeff Bezos. I'm going to let you know something today: We are just getting started," he said. "We're going to go to every single location you've got across the country and set up shop until you meet our demands as workers."

  1. Something tells me that Chris Smalls never put this much effort into his job while he was at Amazon. I'm sure laughs would result from hearing what his former coworkers and supervisors had to say about him.

  3. The rich idiot leftists like Bezos do not understand that they will be the first against the wall if their revolution succeeds.

This mock guillotine will be replaced with the real deal as soon as their thugs can get away with it.

  4. As Don Boudreaux would say, if this person believes that it's possible to run a successful business paying people like him $30 per hour, then why doesn't he start one and do that? Presumably he'd have lowly productive people lined up around the block to work for him.

  5. I am going to guess they likely ordered materials to build their guillotine from amazon.com
