 The nomination of sometimes gold standard friendly Judy Shelton is still on the Senate calendar.

NOTE: This only means that Shelton is still on the calendar.

The nomination section identifies presidential nominations submitted to the Senate for confirmation, placed on the Executive Calendar with a sequentially assigned calendar number and ready for Senate floor consideration.

It is still up to Majority Leader McConnell to schedule it for a Senate vote, which no doubt he will if he has the votes to confirm.
